Change of the Club’s Vaccine Passport Requirements

 

Today it was announced the whole country would be moving to the Orange Light setting, as from tomorrow. This, along with the recent ability to dispense with Vaccine Passports, was considered by the Board who have decided the Club will remove the requirement for Vaccine Passports to enter the Clubhouse, shop at the Pro Shop and play on the course.

 

In making their decision the Board noted:

  • Most Golf Clubs have removed the Passport requirement
  • Most Hospitality Businesses have removed the Passport requirement
  • The country/ world is moving to living with the virus
  • The Passport was a means to drive vaccine uptake – the country is now at 95% double vaccinated
  • We will continue to reinforce masks, hygiene & common sense

 

The removal of the current Vaccine Passport requirement will be effective from Tuesday 19th April.
